Former Ex. state minister Shri Balasahebji Kishanrao Jadhav is a great social, political and educational reformer. He established Bal Bhagwan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal at Shirur Tajband in 1983. The motive of the Sanstha is to provide and spread education for the poor and rural people of Marathwada region. Hon. Balasahebji Jadhav dedicated his whole life in the service of society and nation. He is a unique person in this Era for social and educational development. Nowadays his small institution turns into a large refuted group of institution. Many primary, secondary, higher secondary, UG., PG, D.Ed, B.Ed., law college, Medical College institutions are spread in Marathwada region. We salute for his great achievement.

It is my great privilege to introduce our institution Vasantrao Naik B.Ed.college, Shirur Tajband which is established by Hon. Former Minister Balasahebji Jadhav. Who is a social political and educational reformer. He established Vasantrao Nike B.Ed College at Sirur Tajband in 02 July, 1990. It is his great work in the field of education. It was his desire to provide proper knowledge, skill and competency based teacher education for the society. This institution is an unique College of education affiliated to Swami Ramananda Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. It is an authorised approved college of Government and NCTE. The college is rich in infrastructure with a spacious building with a multipurpose hall, teaching room, library, computer lab, laboratory playground,etc. The college provides quality teacher education. The aim of the college is to provide the best teachers to society. There are well qualified and experienced team of teachers in the college. Our Endeavour will be to impart teacher education with focus on quality and excellence.
